When the technician was out he found a future problem but can't fix it until the heating/air conditioning unit goes clear out.
They were very courteous and prompt in addressing my repair service request.
They either have great contracts or horrible ones. There is no in between. The reps are the same; they don't really assist with understanding the coverage when scheduling. It seems they would rather you pay the fee to the contractor THEN find out something isn't covered.
I had to make a claim on my dishwasher, Angie y claims manager is the best! She has checked on me several times to make sure that the job was completed to my satisfaction. Very pleased with customer service. Thank you!
