When the technician was out he found a future problem but can't fix it until the heating/air conditioning unit goes clear out.

They either have great contracts or horrible ones. There is no in between. The reps are the same; they don't really assist with understanding the coverage when scheduling. It seems they would rather you pay the fee to the contractor THEN find out something isn't covered.
