We recently had our microwave oven stop working for us. We called Landmark Home Warranty, who set up an appointment with a home repair company. They cam to the house within 36 hours of calling LHW. They accessed the microwave, gave LHW the option of repairing the appliance or sending us a check for a replacement with similar features. My experience with Landmark home warranty has been very pleasant. Although my house is newer and very few items have broken in it. For the few times I have used the warranty (HVAC tuneup, and running toilet), whenever I make the service call online, the response has always been quick and a technician is always able to be at my has quickly.
