They stay connected and are very responsive. Although it takes a little longer than I would prefer to get issues handled. The fact that they stay in contact makes up for that because I don’t feel like I’ve been forgotten.

Great customer service. When one of their contractors couldn’t make it out for 3 days, they put me on hold and found a backup that could come the same day. That was great ?

We have been with Landmark for 4 years. Presently, Landmark has improved their customer service by providing enough employees to answer calls relating to emergencies. Their service providers are excellent. All repairs we have submitted over the years have been taken care of. For these reasons we will stay with Landmark.
