We have been with this company for the past five years. Anytime we have had a home warranty problem they have been very professional and very quick to respond to our inquiries. The follow up is excellent we have had absolutely no problems and will continue to use landmark in the future

Had issues with our A/C at our manufactured home in Yuma. It's taken quite awhile to get the issue taken care of it's 28 years old and has a life expectancy of 16. Keeps breaking down. The explanation wasn't made completely clear on the repair from Landmark. Right now we are just getting a gas shut off replaced. At least we'll have A/C in the Summer heat Maybe??

I have only used it once to fix my heater, but they got a service guy out here fast and took care of it I wasn't aware of the 60 dollar service fee but now I know and that was probly on me not reading it thoroughly
