Good company, has always come thru - recently noticed fee increases and was made aware that the organization looks to make more denials. Bought the plan to resolve issues I don't have time to fix, not get the run around for $70 service call from a contractor who will leave the issue broken if denied. Just want the stuff fixed.

We wanted our air conditioner serviced. our tech did his job and more. he took the time to tell us about the air conditioner we had and how to maintain it. he was also on time and answered all our questions as we had been here a year and weren't sure of the unit.
