Landmark customer service is great. However, the pricing and coverage of their plans was disappointing for me. We have purchased two home warranty plans from Landmark and had 5+ service calls, only 1 of which was actually covered by the warranty. Landmark service calls are easy to request and they have good response times from the service providers. I will note that occasionally Landmark will send your service request to the wrong area. That happened to us twice.

We got set up with landmark when we bought our new home. So far they have been great. We have had a couple of issues and they have been very good at setting up repairs & doing follow ups with us.

Response is fast, contact from Vendor to set an appointment was also fast, all within an hour.

When I called your customer service I was fortunate to have Kinsey assist me in getting the right person to come to my house and repair the ice maker in my freezer. The repairman was very professional and took care of the problem. I am very pleased.

Anytime we have made a claim with Landmark they have been very prompt to respond. They stay on top of the situation until the matter is taken care of. They have such a stream lined process that has issues taken care of in only a matter of a few days. We definitely recommend.
