My air conditioner leak required 5 different contractor visits within a year before repair and replacement was provided

These people are responsive, polite and truly customer oriented. They never put you on hold or send you to some computerized message system. Their solutions to homeowners problems are thoughtful and immediate. They are simply the BEST!

Way too expensive for what we receive. We have paid out about $3300, mostly on premiums; they have paid about $100.

My water heater went out I called Landmark they got the service guys to come over and then later that week they replaced my water heater great job guys
