I called in regarding a broken dryer. A contractor was sent out within 2 days. The dryer was fixed as soon as the needed part came in. The process was hassle free.

I've used a variety of home warranty companies and Landmark has been the most responsive of any of them. When i submit a request, it is typically fulfilled in less than 24 hours, depending on what the request is. The companies Landmark contracts with to support us have also been professional and accessible.

The agent I made the claim with for service on our air conditioning was polite, thorough, & friendly. Our appointment was made in 4 hours, we were notified of arrival time for service from contractor. Contractor arrived on time, assessed the problem, completed the work, and left us with the 30 day guarantee of their work, with a number to call if there was a problem!
