I had an issue with my booster pump for my pool cleaner so I contacted Landmark and within 24 hours it was fixed! Minimal fuss, maximum speed! I recommend them.

People on the phone are great. When you call in with a clam they take care of it fast!!!
Overall rating = 4.8 out of 5. I've used other home warranty companies and was often disappointed with the coverage. Landmark's coverage is just slightly better in my opinion. However, Landmark's customer service is WAY better than the other guys. I continue to renew my coverage with Landmark because they talk to me with compassion and are willing to listen and do their best to be reasonable. What they cover is so hit or miss and the contractors they use are not always reliable

I was gifted a home warranty when I bought my home in May 2018. I've had to call Landmark twice since I bought my house. The reps are friendly and make my service calls seamless. The send out reputable contractors (that have also been amazing). I will be continuing my home warranty when it ends in May 2019.
