Good experience overall, good options and customer service.
Quick and friendly service! They have covered almost all of our repairs. When our dishwasher broke, they got it fixed the same day I called it in!

Landmark is quick on getting repairs completed. Their professional vendors were very responsive, provided adequate time frames and followed up with calls along the way to reporting. Landmark provided great follow up to making sure I was pleased with the work performance. I highly recommend Landmark for home warranty.

I called with a concern over the hot water heater. The service technician came quickly and thoroughly explained to me what was occurring. He also taught me how to make it more efficient. Landmark Home Warranty procured one of the very best service reps in the area. I could not have been more pleased!

Great customer service. My agent was able to escalate our A/C issue on a hot Saturday and we had it repaired by that evening. Service has been outstanding. My only issue is that we diagnosed the problem before we called the home warranty, relayed our issue and it turned out not being covered by the home warranty. We paid out of pocket, but were happy with the company who was super affordable and honest.
