I contacted Landmark regarding a repair needing to be done at my rental. I was called first by the repairman who knew he could fix the appliance instead of replacing. Landmark approved this service saving both me and them additional cost.

We have had a great experience. I would say the only reason I did not give a 5 is we had 2 incidences that the company they used were not the greatest.
