They are responsive and efficient and when they sent a really dumb bell to work on my dryer and I had to call a personal technician who finally resolved my problem, they reimbursed me.

Landmark is very quick to reply and set up a servicing agent, however, I have experienced some trouble being contacted by or scheduling service with that agent

Landmark always replies quickly to service requests and follows up constantly to ensure work is being completed.
