They are responsive and efficient and when they sent a really dumb bell to work on my dryer and I had to call a personal technician who finally resolved my problem, they reimbursed me.
They are good most of the time but sometimes it is confusing what is covered and what is not.

Can do some more research on ways to get appliances that are warranty fast and cheaper
Landmark is very quick to reply and set up a servicing agent, however, I have experienced some trouble being contacted by or scheduling service with that agent
I did not have any problems and they always do a follow up.
