Hit and miss regarding support an ease of claims, thankfully mostly hits with stellar services, but have had big time issues with approvals and bad service on a couple in the past.

WOW!! A customer service business that actually does have customer service as job one!! I have called many times over the last four years that I have had their warranty policy and always been treated as their only customer at the time, listened to, and the representative has done everything possible to provide a service provider as quickly as possible.
