One of the best home warranty there is. Once a claim is submitted, the promptness of having a contractor call is less than an hour.

Overall, my experience with Landmark has been great. Very responsive when submitting a claim online and usually receive a call the same day. Landmark works quickly to find an approve contractor to make repairs. If one is not in your area, they will allow you to find your own and reimburse you for the expense based on your contract. Be sure to read exactly what is covered and know that you can always add to your contract.

They eventually fixed everything that we needed them to, it just took them some time to get to all that we had asked them to do. Granted, we just moved into our house and were having quite a few issues. They were perfectionists though and ensured that everything was properly taken care of before moving on to the next project.
