Response time was excellent, they did attempt to send someone for my repair of my ice maker who said they did not travel that far. However, the contractor who came out for my repair was much farther than the first contractor.

I have had several occasions to use Landmark's services. Each time, they have followed up along the way to be sure the contractor is performing timely and well. They have even helped me locate contractors for work outside of our agreement. A five star rating goes to this organization.

Very good communication however, I have had difficulty getting good service from two of their contractors. In addition, they were unable to provide re-key service.

I have never had issues or complaints. All the repair people that have come out are prompt and do a great job. Never had to argue and it's a short period of time when things are repaired.
