We have had great experiences with landmark. Our microwave went out. They had someone come out within 2 days of our call.

We've used Landmark Home Warranty for four years now on two properties. One is quite rural, and it is more difficult to find service, but they've made the effort to really help us out. The reason I gave them 4 stars is every year the new contract goes up about $7-$9, so it's getting expensive. But we have the full coverage with septic and AC on one house and septic, well, and AC on the other. They are always helpful when I make phone calls. We had to call for our home warranty a few times and they are always so quick to respond and get us what we need. There was a leak in our upstairs bathroom over Memorial Day weekend and it was taken care of within a week! Great experience overall!

I've been with Landmark for almost 4 years. I've had very good experiences. There have been times when it has taken longer to get a contractor to my house than I'd like but those have been the times that it would have been hard to call anyone and get immediate service. Landmark has saved me thousands of dollars and they have given me peace of mind. I highly recommend their service.
