They have never let me down. They respond quickly and keep you updated. They always follow up to make sure I have no problems their contractors.

Good service overall, but frustrating when contractors are less than stellar.

My Landmark home warranty has save me hundreds of dollars over the past two years. So far, it has helped me repair my kitchen appliances, pool motor, and a ceiling fan. Each claim has been handled quickly and professionally. Landmark also calls after each claim is resolved to make sure the service was to my satisfaction. I’m very glad I purchased this warranty when I bought my home.

They are good. The only issue I have is it could take more than a day for the service needed.
