They are very easy to deal with and very good at follow up. The contractors they use are very good. My only disappointment has been realizing I had paid out of pocket for a covered expense. Maybe coverages should be more clear or explained more clearly.

Have had good experience with Landmark. I think their pricing is good and they handle claims efficiently.

Landmark has saved us a lot of time and money since we bought our house a year ago. Although peace of mind knowing your house is covered almost as if brand new is priceless! So far, we've had our installed microwave replaced, oven element replaced, duct work repaired, and A/C fixed multiple times. $60 a service call is a bargain when Landmark finds a service company for us and it covers any labor and parts needed. We will definitely renew our policy every year for that kind of convenience!
