Good response, but I had to contact them at the beginning when I first bought the house. I have heard of others that call and introduce themselves right when someone moves in.

We bought an older home and have found several issues that were not disclosed. We purchased a home warranty plan and it has certainly been a benefit for us as we have had to use it several times. Landmark has been wonderful. Always had a friendly voice on the other end of the line and they are very quick an efficient and getting things taken care of. Would definitely recommend them
