I have had LANDMARK Home Warranty since I bought my home four years ago, in that time I have had the water heater, washing machine and heater go out. All claims were handled fast and claims people were courteous and professional. On line tracking made the who process easy and fast. I highly recommend LANDMARK to any homeowner.
They helped me and got me what I needed right away.

Gas water heater went out. It was covered, but enough other things were not covered so that I spent $750 in adding a PRV and other items so the water heater could be replaced. I could have taken a small cash out option and installed the water heater through a different plumber, but then the cost was a wash, and I didn't have the PRV improvement. Typically, the PRV is a covered part, however, in your circumstance, there was not a PRV. The warranty only covers for the items that have already been installed in your home before the effective date of the warranty coverage.
