I have been pleased with the response and the majority of the contractors. When I have had a problem with a contractor, Landmark has been willing to remove them from my house. I appreciate that! Evonny R helped me today with the renewal of my contract and she was wonderful. She was polite and efficient and attended to my request.

This review relates to the customer service received when an issue with my account was discovered. My wife signed us up for coverage after moving from Texas to Idaho. Some simple mistakes were made initially where we were signed up for coverage on two sets of washer/dryers, two sets of microwaves, etc. I did not discover this mistake until eight months after taking out the coverage. I worked with Cynthia on a call to review my coverage. She was professional and very patient as she guided me through my plan. People like her working in customer service allows me to trust the Landmark product and I won't hesitate to recommend her/ the company to anyone.
