I have already had to use the warranty twice now, and each time the customer service I received was exceptional. I just renewed my warranty with Christopher S, and he was very knowledgeable on the services and all current offers available. High quality work, technicians were prompt and explained the repairs ahead of time
I had my 4 year old water heater go bad but I had paid for the coverage. Bad news I have to pay $275 up charge to replace the heater and $150 for the expansion tank. That adds up to $425 to fix my problem plus the co pay. Probably could have gotten this as cheap. Not sure this is a great deal.
