Landmark has always been quick to respond. We tried to do a lot of research on other companies and costs before we renewed again with Landmark. (Kind a like comparing cell phone plans, so not the easiest to do ) Seems each company has its strength and weakness. Ultimately we had been satisfied enough with Landmark to decide to stay. Would be a 5 but Landmark sponsored contractor for ice maker repair did not give an estimate on dripping water in refrigerator that turns out to be related to condensation and not ice maker, now I have to file a separate claim and pay $60 service charge to get this taken care of
