Alex was very helpful this morning in sharing more knowledge on the existing plan for our first year of coverage and how to best take advantage of the renewal. I have had to call three times now, and each time was an effortless experience
Besides having the best competitive rates I can get hold of a real human on the phone quickly and not have to go through a huge menu of pushing buttons forever and then be on hold forever, very quick service. My phone rep was Paul C, he resolved my issue rapidly and to my satisfaction. I've had a number of different home warranty's, Landmark is the best !
Reasonably priced, professional staff, uses only the best contractors. So far I have used them 3 times, different contractor each time. All were punctual, efficient and professiona.

Just wanted to give kudos to Ashley L., who really took care of my situation in a thoughtful and diligent manner. I’d had several frustrating and subpar interactions with other reps, but she made me feel like I’d made a smart choice in choosing Landmark (the others made me second guess my choice).
The call center wasn't really listening. They wouldn't send someone out unless something was broken. So, i had something that i wanted to get fixed as in preventative maintenance, but it was not "allowed" unless i was experiencing issues.
