Better than all others. This is the second home warranty company I have used. Spent a lot of time reviewing everyone and Landmark is much better than the rest. Happy to be with them for almost two years.

We purchased our home in 2020 and the sellers added Landmark warranty for us. We didn't think much of it until July 2020 when our central AC went out. This coverage saved us thousands of dollars. We had superior service from Landmark throughout the entire ordeal. Just now, I went to renew and had the pleasure of working with Michelle H. She was fantastic fantastic and answered all of my questions. We have already referred close friends and will continue to share how thrilled we are with Landmark.
I have been really lucky and only used the service maintenance spring and fall for my A/C and Heat. The company that Landmark has contracted is very professional and informative. Today Scott helped my renew my policy since I was having some online issues, as usual great customer service.
Renewed my policy with Fred F. He was very patient and helpful throughout the process.
