Very professional and great customer service
I've had a couple of glitches with them but every other time they've been great. Always have an appt with a service tech within 24 hrs.
Landmark has always had great customer service with me. Alexander J's just helped me make my annual payment and the entire conversation took less than 2 minutes. Everyone with Landmark has always been very professional and passionate about helping in any way they can. Even when I've had questions about something that isn't covered in my plan, they don't hesitate to refer me to one of their trusted contractors.
Landmark was unable to find a contractor who services our area, so we had to find a company to complete the repairs and had to pay out of pocket which was a bit stressful. Nikkie W went above and beyond to get us reimbursed!! Keep up the good work Nikkie!!!
