I just purchased my policy (so I do not have any claim experience). However, the sales process was excellent. Our salesperson, Melinda, was nice and not high pressure or aggressive, Melinda and the other salespeople were excellent at answering questions and they were forthcoming with a copy of the contract in advance (all unlike many of the competition).
