It really takes a lot for me to actually physically decide to write a review about a company or business. But this place is extra special when it comes to being passive, aggressive, stupid, petty, and ridiculous with the metrics that they use to calculate storage unit space pricing before extra space storage Came into the picture. Beware they will raise the cost of your rental unit without warning within *months* of your signing up. Is this even legal? They don't tell you that they'll raise your rent to "market rate" when they gladly take your money when you first rent a unit. Extra space storage is a huge scam!!!
