The staff at this location have always been EXCELLENT and are the reason I am giving an extra star. I DO NOT RECOMMEND, many times the climate control was not functional. There was spiders on al my new furniture!! The pin pads for the elevator DO NOT function. Anyone has access to the 2nd and 3rd floor with out having a unit in those floors. I was charged for a unit I had already called to cancel. And I was not reimbursed the over draft fees on my bank account that where caused because of extra space storage!!!!

The person that went over my needs for storage was very helpful and thorough explaining everything I believe I need to know to complete the transaction. Excellent professional and customer service skills. Lynette took the time with me and patience with my questions and concerns.

My very small storage unit started out at $40 month in two years the rates have increased to now $90 a month. No where in the contract says that they would increase their fees due to availability or need. Is what I was told after they had raised the fees without any notification.. im going yo contact corporate and obtain legal counsel at this point
I have to say it's the cleanest stoage I've ever seen. The gentleman up front for Frenzy easy to talk to and very very kind and professional. I would recommend Life Storage to all my friends and family. Thank you so much for having a wonderful crew and easy access.
I closed my account 8 days after paying a month ahead. I called to ask for a prorated refund only to be told that they do not give prorated refunds
