This place is the worst storage facility I have ever used, I feel that it is because it is in a black neighborhood that the the renters are being treated less than by this company. First, Over 3 - 4 months the rear exit gate has been broken, leaving renter with the only way to exit was back through the entrance causing a lot of frustration, anger, and arguments with other renters trying to enter the facility. I stored my furniture and other household items at the Greenbay facillity for about 6 months. I was tatally diappointed. Not only did I listen to the instrctions not to store any food I was not informed that they had an extreame rodent infestation. I decided to move my things due to mouse poop and I was not satified that no one contacted me about the message I left about the rodent issue. I did purchase the insurance that was offered to me however rodent isurance covers $500 minus a $100 deductable which would leave me $400 ... read more

Unit FF01 I went to Store # 572 (Pullman in Costa Mesa) to meet an Offer Up buyer from out of the local area to buy a rare vintage chair I had in storage on May 17th at 12:00. I contacted the facility located at 2122 Colvin Blvd, Tonawanda, NY and was assisted by Doug, the Manager. I explained to him that this was my first time renting a storage unit and some of the items I would be storing. He kindly explained to me all of my options and suggested a Unit size. Doug was such a kind man. He told us all about the construction of the new facility and personally showed us to our storage space. The facility is spotless and all is well organized. I would highly recommend this property and Life Storage. This is our second year with the company and we are very pleased.
I have had many storage spaces and used many different companies thru the years, but I knew this was a great place as soon as I met Mao in the office. I had called ahead to a booking person but when I arrived, Mao greeted me by my name correctly and had all of the information I had given over the phone ready to go. Mao is the epitome of customer service and I’m happy I used Life Storage!
