To Whom it may Concern, I closed my Account in Sept. went to Tampa with my Son to Close it. They said they would empty unit for a charge, Then emailed a Bill in Jan. So it should have been Closed. In May I get a Bill for a $1,000. On Collections on my Credit? 5 Months and no Contact? Then a Collection Notice and a 35 % Fee for Going to Collections?. Severely Poor Customer Service, ***** ********
Rental was quick and easy. The manager was fantastic and explained everything perfectly.
I had a very pleasant appointment with Tiffany! She was awesome! She made me feel very comfortable, she was very knowledgeable, polite, she answered all my questions, very open and honest she gets a A+ Tiffany deserves a raise she is doing a fantastic job! Claudia was very helpful made sure that the unit was the right fit for me and it was. She help me and let me know the prices. very happy with my unit. Very satisfied with Claudia. It is rare to see people that love their job. Need more like that. She worked at the store off of Marbach and 1604.
This company in ********* ******** has integrity issues , fees were raised without knowledge, they watch u bringing merchandise in , I believe they raised your rates high to keep your merchandise or inventory ,rental was raised twice , and multiple times tried to go in my bank unauthorized,I was told one price what I owed , then manager tripled the price , stay away from this place !!!
If it could be 0-stars. We had a wind storm back in December my units door was ripped out and left blowing in the wind Im pretty sure my units were the only ones damaged. Anyways I didnt get a email or a phone call from site management but rather from one of my neighbors! The gentleman sent my a picture of the damage, and the other units door wasnt ripped out but it had been pushed up by the wind. The fact that the management didnt bother contacting me is just lazy.
