Best Customer Service I bought two smaller shelfs to fit into an odd size closet since the medium size was too small. I called the customer service number and the owner talked me through and figured out I should have gotten the large size and sent it to me free of charge in exchange. He is ver nice and great to work with. The shelf was very easy to install but if you have plaster or concrete walls you will need separate hardware that's not included.

Sturdy and easy to install The shelf feels sturdy and the installation was a breeze! I bought this for my son's closet and I'm definitely looking into putting more shelves in my laundry room!
Superb Shelf, Hard to Assemble Shelf is well-designed and quite functional. Connecting the rods to the supports was more than just a little difficult. No matter what lubricant was applied it required an excessive amount of force to join the pieces.
