I found this place to be excellent, had a very serious fractured ankle, I found the facility to be very clean, the staff to be kind, considerate, and responsive in every way, the ot and pt is three hours every day, food sucks but this is not a hotel it's a rehabilitation center and they are good at it, I would return

With the exception of 1 rather psychotic female PT assistant this place has been excellent. They have always done their job getting my mother out of bed and moving. Caring,pleasant,and informative staff who have always gone the extra mile to communicate with you. What a lot of people don't understand out there is that the insurance industry places limitations on what and how much help can be given to certain patients. I visited this place in Worcester Massachusetts after my uncle got out of the hospital. It was a very nice place. They had a place where you could go with your family outside of the room and visit. Also they had a refrigerator stocked with juices and puddings. The staff was very nice.

I would recommend this Rehad for anyone My mom has been there a week & they have her in a very rigorous therapy 3hrs a day. She's walking straight up her strength is a lot better. I give them a 3 because I do agree Doc's can communicate with family & they didn't send anyone to her house to ck out the layout of her aptmt. Like I seen other facilities do for for the most part . Just glad I know what needs to be move &out of her way to make her life easier.

I am at Fairlawn right now. I just woke up and find that I have been sleeping with anther person's mattress pushed upagainst my mattress. There is a shower curtain separating us. I'm not sure if that person is male or female....not making this up!!! In the week I have neen here, i've had one shower, climbed one flight of stairs, and had a walker provided. Other than that, there has been no rehabilitation, only sitting or lying around in my shared room with the shower curtain separating us. I am in my 80's and not making thi... read more
