I found this place to be excellent, had a very serious fractured ankle, I found the facility to be very clean, the staff to be kind, considerate, and responsive in every way, the ot and pt is three hours every day, food sucks but this is not a hotel it's a rehabilitation center and they are good at it, I would return

With the exception of 1 rather psychotic female PT assistant this place has been excellent. They have always done their job getting my mother out of bed and moving. Caring,pleasant,and informative staff who have always gone the extra mile to communicate with you. What a lot of people don't understand out there is that the insurance industry places limitations on what and how much help can be given to certain patients. I visited this place in Worcester Massachusetts after my uncle got out of the hospital. It was a very nice place. They had a place where you could go with your family outside of the room and visit. Also they had a refrigerator stocked with juices and puddings. The staff was very nice.

I would recommend this Rehad for anyone My mom has been there a week & they have her in a very rigorous therapy 3hrs a day. She's walking straight up her strength is a lot better. I give them a 3 because I do agree Doc's can communicate with family & they didn't send anyone to her house to ck out the layout of her aptmt. Like I seen other facilities do for for the most part . Just glad I know what needs to be move &out of her way to make her life easier.

Nurse practitioner was awful not to mention the food was awful there was only a couple of nurses that were very kind and they couldn't do anything about the nurse practitioner and the nursing charge the supervisor didn't do nothing that was in charge I was treated poorly and the physical therapy and occupational therapy was fine that's exceptional and the rest of the Care was awful that's all I got to say
