Hello once again, We returned home and the very same group that Fairlawn recommends for rehab for at-home services rejected the same side-boards to put in the front of the tub as on the side. Both Erik Nelson and someone else from Caretenders took down the one tub device to hold on to saying it was not safe after Bridget recommended this model and was treated under Dr. Veridiano and Dr. Twehouse. I was ready to give a good review this weekend but what gives - come on? I expect Fairlawn to get over here our house. I am howe... read more

The management here is clueless. They are not responsive to patient family. From the top down, this management team needs training on management skill as well as communication skills with patients. I would never recommend this place to anyone. One thing I can say is that the facilities are spotless.

AVOID this place! After being forced to bring a family member here again I wish I could give them 0 stars. This place is just awful. The quality of care is terrible. The rehab is not that good either. For rehab they take you for a walk or you participate in a group activity but it is in no means a rigorous routine that will help you bounce back on your feet. When you come to this facility you are forced to use their overseeing Dr. He does not care about the patients and will change all of your meds around to what he t... read more

If you want rehab, then this place will give you 2-3 hours per day. Their nursing is awful. The nurse was paged for pain meds and twice she came 2 hours later. They are unresponsive to calls and it is not like a hospital where you at least get an acknowledgement that someone received your page. You could have fallen out of bed and they wouldn't come to your aid. God forbid you have to go to the bathroom and need a nurses help to get you out of bed. The physician was horrible-would ask a question or two and move on to ... read more
