RecommendedThere is no better company than Fairwinds. Kind, caring and so very customer oriented. I love this wonderful credit union. I work with many CU's and Fairwinds, is THE BEST.
I've been a member of Fairwinds credit union since 1996...count the years...when they only had 2 branches and the branch I banked with was close to UCF ...the original branch..I have financed 3 cars with them...just financed a construction home and I have never been denied any loans through them at all...Great Credit Union!
Love the staff at the branch by the Altamonte mall. Location sucks but they make up for it by always being friendly and helpful :)
Updated: Bumping up from 1 star after our experience at the branch, Kathy in Clermont was great. She was able to have her manager reassign our open loan application to her and finish out the process for us. We are happy with the rate and how easy it was to get setup at the branch. Do NOT do a loan online! You are assigned to some random person in a call center who will not return multiple calls or emails. They should really change their system so that online applications are assigned to a loan officer in your local branch... read more
