We tried to call to dispute a CC charge and we were transferred 4 times to different people to resolve the issue and each time we made sure to ask that the person transferring us takes to the next person to make sure that is who we needed to speak to and they said absolutely and guess what they lied each time till finally at the fifth representative we were able to dispute our charge, this is the worst customer service we have ever experienced. This company will not turn off overdraft fees during Covid, I have no respect for this credit union nor will we continue to use them when things go back to normal

HORRIBLE COMPANY! From the constant HIGH RATED overdraft-fees, to the customer service representatives, to the call center, and as far as direct deposit! I just spent 15 mins on hold for a rep to tell me my paycheck isn’t even pending when it was submitted the 15th this month! It’s 3 days later and I have no money in my account. Thank you for NOTHING @fairwinds!

To charge low income Senior Citizens over $20 to print 20 stupid checks so that they may use their checking account is totally outlandish and greedy. Shame on you. Then to charge a $15 monthly maintenance fee to low income people just to keep a basic account going...are you fools crazy? I'm getting out of this house of greed!

My debit was stolen from me and i went an replaced my card! Also called to file a claim for the dispute of the charges that was not mines but fraudulent. I've been dealing with this since 1/21 and i don't appreciate being called a liar and no one will pay for this charges and give me my money back because my card was stolen! due to the fact fairwinds system is not matching up with online banking and times is not my FAULT! This has to be one of the worse banks. Since I opened an account I’ve had issues and it’s simple issues but because the staff clearly doesn’t care they are making careless mistakes like not sending a new debit card when I called and reported my card lost - THEN sent me another debit card, I activate it and try to use it and it’s not working... so I called customer service (card holder services - who by the way asked which Financial institution I’m calling about SMFH) who told me the debit card was not attached to my checking... read more

Worst bank ever! Hacked accounts (2 times in 3 days). VERY POOR customer service. Non user friendly! Worst bank EVER!
