No way do I recommend this bank, nor will I ever use them again. As soon as I can I will be refinancing my loan elsewhere that doesn’t have racist employees that go out of their way to ruin you. Very sad humans.

111 Howland Blvd. I went at 12:40 on Saturday, as I work from 9-6 p m-f. I was going to open an account, and they informed me that they cannot since they are closing soon. Now, at my work, if someone comes in before you close, even only one minute, you have to stay after and help that person. And you should, as a matter of decent customer service. My complaint is about a loan that I applied for on January 7, 2021 and was denied by Wilda Graudiel after she had notified me that she would approve the loan in the amount of $ 6,500.00 for me to buy a car. Wilda asked me to send her a copy of my monthly Social Security income since I am disabled. I sent the copy to her several times to her phone and to her email. Their rates and fees are great. Unfortunately, their online banking has constant issues that make banking online extremely difficult. Bill pay will completely delete all of your accounts, info, and history. I have also had an issue with all of the transactions double posting to my account. I have filed 3 different tickets to fix the issues and no resolution has been offered.

They can improve their OD policy. They don't even give you a chance to deposit some money in before they charge you an OD.

I’ve been a member of fairwinds credit union since I was 16 yrs old. I am not 31 going on 32 and I am at the point where I want to close my account. I put in a dispute on August 20th for a fraudulent charge that posted to my account on August 20th. I was told to it would take 7-10 business days to be resolved. I called 10 business days later and no one was able to provide me with the status of my claim. Let me tell you how being a loyal member of FAIRWINDS will get you. Due to COVID m hours at work have been reduced to 1/4. I have been waiting to get unemployment for over 6 weeks. Three weeks ago I was hot by a careless driver and my car was spun and rolled over on I4. My little car was totaled. Today I get my check finally from Geico. Since I am sick in bed my partner deposited my check. They held my money. Could they possibly need it more than I do? After 2 hours on the phone I got transferred and lied to.
