The customer service I've experienced with Fairwinds is truly exceptional. Our debit card got skimmed and while we were on vacation for our anniversary our card stopped working because someone in Texas had cleaned us out. An outstanding young woman in the Deland branch, named Suzette, went to bat for us. She worked with the company that the fraudulent charges were processed through and was able to get our funds released to us within 24 hours.
