The appointment was 20 minutes late. We felt rushed & our meeting was less than 20 minutes long once we got into the office. Afterwards we were brought into a room to hear about a technique Darrel was very clear he wasn’t interested in. The medication was not at the pharmacy at 4pm when I went to pick it up. Our appointment was at 9 am.

I would like to start off by saying that the medical professional I saw was a delight. However, I feel like they didn’t take my concern seriously as far as my issues of concentrating that I’ve dealt with all my life since childhood and only focused on diagnosed issues that I developed as an adult.

My family has worked with three providers and all three have decided to stop seeing us for no reason, including psychiatrists who were managing our prescriptions. Completely unprofessional and uncaring regarding our mental health needs. Not sure why they are even open and allowed to see patients when clearly they only want insurance money.

Be very cautious before using WCC for your therapy. My experience was the company releasing the record of another family member's therapy session to me AND the therapist sharing confidential information from that session and my own with the other patient. It ended up destroying my relationship with my son and grandchild. Beware!
