I felt a great sense of relief after my first meeting. This is a process but making my first appointment was a big step.
The nurse checking my vitals lied to me and recorded my blood pressure incorrectly. I don’t know why she would do that but she 100% lied! not only has my blood pressure not been that low in about 15 or 16 years, but I also saw the numbers she told me that my blood pressure was 122/74 when an actuality was 174/104.

They messed up our billing and it overdrew our HSA account. There were 3 transactions in a matter of minutes and only one amount matched what we actually owed. The provider spends most of the time playing or do art without much of a conversation. Maybe I don't understand play therapy but in a past experience the therapist continued a conversation while doing the activities.
