The only part I felt very uncomfortable with is being forced to sign a Medicaid usage form I am a Veteran and will never qualify for Medicaid

Hate the amount of testing and reporting on symptoms you have to do (especially if the improvement is tied to therapist pay) it feels so clinical and adds to extra noise/pressure. Definitely a place leaning into the medical model and trying to get as many people in and out of there as possible.

It was a good experience, only thing that I felt was not up to par was the receptionist who kept asking for my insurance information after I told her several times the VA was paying this

I had a beautiful review the first time. But on this appt where we had a little talk and things to tell Mr Antonio. I think we are not coming back to him. This therapy won't work for my son as his therapy is absolete techniques and he can't even figure out common medical terms for his field that I have to explain to him.

Stephen Presley is not personable and I get the feeling that he doesn’t even like her respect me. He’s very hesitant to issue and prescribe medicine medicines that I do believe would help me. When I told him I was having trouble sleeping, he absolutely refused to prescribe Ambien or Lunesta. He also refused to go up on my anxiety medicine saying “I won’t do it.” not that I need it now, but he’s just refusing already before knowing any sort of scenario that might need it.
