Poor service. Appointment was scheduled for weeks and 40 minutes prior to the appointment I received a call that my insurance would not pay for the service so my appointment had been canceled. 20 minutes later I received another call telling me that there had been a mistake and my insurance would pay so I could come to the appointment. My blood pressure elevated to 160/120 because of the stress put on me by this clinic.

The doctor could not prescribe me a medication that i used to take for 5 years, she said she will reach out to my primary doctor and call me back And she never did and I can’t reach her!

Two days before appointment, received a text confirming appointment. Day prior to appt, received a text saying it was cancelled with no explanation. Called and was told that therapist had too many new patients and had to cancel some. They didn't know this until the day before? They rebooked us with a different therapist for the same time period. No appointment reminders, no text just phone call. I tend to forget what day is the appointment however I was called on Thursday afternoon for remainder…. Sent me the address. But didn’t list the time or date of the appointment.
