Trying to sell me on buying a subscription service for Calm like their a paid sponsor instead of listening to any other reason and then the therapist acting like a salty little brat throwing out "I'm not mad" in the shadiest tone when you push back against the therapist shoving said subscription down your throat. Next session is them telling me to go to an expensive luxury rehab to deal with the trauma. No I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Staff was unprofessional and unhelpful. Started seeing Anotnio Bermudez for couple's counseling. They handed me a form to fill out with very personal questions and then handed that completed form to my ex so she could also write in her answers. When I brought that up he brushed it off like its no big deal. He booked our second visit with us there in his office, but when we showed up for that appointment, he never scheduled it and had no availability for that day. The Dr was fine. However we were changed to a different Dr after our Dr quit. The Dr we were changed to was not a Dr that treated adolescents . We did not get my son's perscirption refilled. I had to be re scheduled the day after meds ran out the new Dr was great however his medicine did not get called in and we were not able to get it before we left for a cruise for 6 days my son will be without his perscirption for 8 days. I called to set up an appointment for my child to get therapy, waited almost a month for the first appointment. Arrived ready for therapy only to be told that the Dr doesn’t do therapy just prescribes medication. What kind of backwards thinking is this?!? This should be reported!!

Do not go here if you value your mental health. Mercedes R. repeatedly mismanaged my bipolar medication—causing dangerous lapses, incorrect combinations, and even suicidal ideation.
