Therapist did not go over the rules of group until the 3 day when she told me I talked about something that was triggering to other. I had no idea there were topics of subjects we were not allowed to discuss in group. This was very humiliating to me being pulled aside and told that I triggered other group members. The session started ok but the therapist was focused on taking notes than listening to my words and body language and although I expressed doubt in the process, the message didn’t come across, and I’m not sure I will return. And to sink even lower, the receptionists was defensive when I asked about other therapists. Bad experience overall.

Overall great service and location but with some room for improvement. The CedarPark location has, in multiple occasions, had an empty front desk during the afternoon hours. This leaves patients waiting and confused as to how their appointments are being accounted for. And in multiple occasions, the technician for my appointments is not informed of my arrival.
