Lots of docs to complete takes a lot of time. I blame our litigious society. Sent link for assessment but by time I got to it the link expired. Calls are absurd for someone working. I hate the automated systems to figure out what you want and they pass you on for an extensive hold. This is all a sad state of healthcare in the US and is standard to not pay people and save a buck for the company but definitely not consumer friendly

Haleigh prescribed me my adderol for a month to then tell me a month later i needed to be drug screened. The prescription she called in wasn't generic like I had asked, leaving me to pay way more for it than needed. She then put me on a bunch of random prescriptions I had never heard of, skyrocketing my anxiety. She was combative, rude, and entitled. I wouldn't recommend her to my worst enemy.

I had an appointment with Lisa Martinez PMHNP at the Colorado Springs location. This was probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a health care provider. Very condescending and cold. This is a dangerous combination in this profession, especially if it took an effort for a person to seek out help. Well, my provider has taken me off ,Alot of my medicine....I have become so much worse!!!!! ----- to the point where I don't sleep,I have continuous nightmares,scream out ---- but I'm taken out my medicine ----- which makes absolutely no sense!!!!! I also suffer from anxiety, social anxiety,very slight mood of depression, numerous panic attacks ( daily, sometimes,more than once) and PTSD. I do not care to comment and request not to be contacted for this again. The bother of expecting me to rate a business based on one visit is unacceptable. I give the Professional I saw 5 stars but really am disappointed with being bothered to rate this experience.

The billing in insane. No charges for months making me think my services were fully covered by insurance then 7 months later I get a bill for almost $800 of services billed all at once. Insane.
