I cannot offer higher praise or gratitude To Dr. Kate, Dr. Jacob and all the wonderful staff of FPH. On Oct 7, I found myself being taken to Calgary for emergency surgery myself and was so fortunate to have FPH take charge and take care of my 2 Cats, Champion & Nugget for 13 Days! Due to a tragic accident, my daughter’s hamster was left injured and needed euthanizing. Unfortunately we only had one vet option with it being a weekend, so we took Coco to Family Pet Hospital & 24 Hour Pet Emergency Centre. The staff had zero empathy for the situation and continued to charge us over $300. $98 alone for an assessment, when they could clearly see she was suffering. They charge so much money, and they make you pay more for their mistakes! This place is horrible. I'd never take my dog here, but unfortunately she went missing and they did bring her here of all places, they missed a lot of quills and they are going to charge me more to take the rest out. What a scam! Go to Cardston. They shaved so much of her coat off! Sick bastards
