My best friend and cat, Gus, was peeing everywhere in my house, and he had a tiny cough, so I booked him for an annual check-up. I took my 15.5 year old dog there on Friday because I came home and found her unable to stand or walk, her gums were white and she was overall just not doing well. They took her to the back right away and said they put her on oxygen and prepped for an IV. They then came out with a form they wanted me to sign authorizing $950 + exam fee. I told them I only had $400. They didn't talk to us for about 40 minutes. They only care about the $$$ if you don’t have large deposits they will refuse work to be done in emergency situations! They also lie completely blind side pet owners with disregard and disrespect all around! No empathy and no respect period! Truly the worst vet clinic in Lethbridge and area! RecommendedI would not recommend them at all. They over charge on medication first of all. They over charged me $30 on my dogs meds $90 in total and told me that is there standard price, the other vets I called around and asked they charge $60 for the same meds and ml. I have a receipt from another vet proving that they charged $60.35 and I have my receipt from the 24 hour vet for 90.65. terrible. They only care about the money!!.Had my pug put down 2 weeks ago. They wanted payment up front, fine paid the money up front. Still waiting on cremated remains. When I called to find out what was going on, was told there was a miscommunication over payment and that cremation was carried out the other day. So what he just sat for a week to rot due to your incompetence??. Extremely dissatisfied You’ll never get another dime from me. Don’t waste your money with these crooks!
All they care about is the all mighty dollar. Took my pug there to be put down and they wanted money up front. Fine no problem,paid the money up front. Been 2 weeks and still haven’t received a phone call or his cremated remains. Phoned to find out what was going on and they said there was a mis communication about payment on their end and he was sent out the other day. So what you just left him to rot in a cooler?!!?. Pretty shady place, you’ll never get another dime outta me. Shame on you !!
We brought our dog Howie in as he was vomitting, losing weight an lathergic. They did all kinds of blood tests x-rays etc. totalling $901.00 We were told that for his age (11) we had a very healthy dog.
