Shattered that you were unwilling to provide a humane euthanasization for our pet because the oncall vet was allergic?? Watching our pet suffer shouldn't be an option when you are a PET HOSPITAL.

Really? I am new to lethbridge and my dog is having serious breathing problems among other things. I just waited on hold with these people for over 15 mins only to be told I had to wait until Wednesday for an appointment or until after 8 to bring him in for emergency care! I see there is no other emergency care vet in Lethbridge...it says 24 hr emergency...guess not.

We brought our dead dog to them. They charged $93 to say yup she's dead. Then $300 for her ashes in an unattractive wooden box. Won't waste my time with them ever again.

this vet is highly overpriced and seems to care more about the money then they do your pets. I recommend going anywhere else

Middle of the day in the middle of the week, no cars in the parking lot and plenty of staff standing around doing nothing. Still charged the “emergency” fee. Not impressed. This clinic makes the dentists in Lethbridge look like philanthropists. Never again.

Family Pet Hospital is not the best when you need specialized dog food, as I have gone many times to get my dog gastrointestinal low fat dog food and they never have it in. This is not appropriate for a vet clinic to be out of a specialized food, that can only be bought at the vet clinic. Every time I go they don’t have the food I need to feed my dog. I’m so done!!!!!

Can’t say enough about the staff and Dr. Kate, very compassionate and professional, helping to find solutions in having my very timid, scared Siamese receive a very needed dental. They were understanding when my kitty hid and I had to cancel first appointment with no penalty and helped me with solutions to getting her to the vets. Beyond thankful for Dr.Hanna, Dr. Lee and all other staff (especially the night staff) helping out my sick boy the past 5 days. My little westie gave me a bit of a scare and had to be hospitalized for three nights. They both did everything they could to 1. To ensure tucker was getting the best care possible and 2. Calm me down as I was hysterical all weekend. I have my little boy resting up back at home finally and I have all the amazing staff to thank for this. Not a great experience at all. Dr. MacPherson gave my 2 dogs their shots, 1 was favouring a rear leg and she checked it out. Ever since then my dog seems to be in so much pain and has real difficulty walking. Never again.
