we took r cat to ranch doc’s and yet again they misdiagnosed r cat again to not treat him or keep him tell they could get pee you jumped to that it’s stress when I said it’s got to be a uti they said it’s stress told us that we can’t do this or that and printed out paper’s saying what we couldn’t do and then tried to sell us a bunch of stress food and stuff to help with stress that I said we tried already with him and talking with a friend who’s a vet teck says it won’t work if the cat doesn’t have stress. Absolutely just astonished. Brought our 13 year old pug in because she was lethargic and our regular vet was on a call. When I called at 7:50 they said a $98 dollar emergency charge. We were there by 8:54, their site says regular hours are until 10pm, so why the emergency charge? We were still willing to pay the $98 charge to have her pass peacefully. Brought my dog in over the weekend from an hour away. Our vet is closed on weekends. He is a miniature dog, he are a piece of a toy. Paid a bunch of money for them to tell me my dog is “old” and has “tummy issues” because of it. They did not find or clear the blockage. They sent him home. He still hasn’t pooped out the blockage... He will be going to my more then competent vet this week. If there is another weekend emerg I’ll be going to Calgary animal hospital from now on.
This is supposed to be an Emergency Care Clinic but at no time was my dogs case treated as an Emergency. I called ahead saying I was on my way with a dog I believed was in bloat. I described all the symptoms & I asked where they were located. I was told "in front of the Water Tower". I drove to the Water Tower but they were not located there . 3000 dollars for 1 hr for a cat that was pre diagnosed your not out to help animals. your gouging and as a vet and the the techs you take an oth so do it. absolutely disgusting
rude, condescending and downright unsympathetic to many people. I only go there to pick up eye lube cause it's handy. Nothing more.
Do not recommend. Worried more about payment than helping animals.

What a joke. They tried to say they did not get a prescription and would need to do an exam. Over priced thieves... rude and very ignorant. They act like they are the only vet service. Will never spend another dime there.
The worst vet ever in Lethbridge to go too. They can’t do their job correctly. A month ago my girl Stassi had a emergency visit, they told me they would send the pet insurance.. 2 weeks later Pet Secure didn’t receive a claim. I called them and they said they would put it threw again. Today pet secure called me to tell me they only received paper work NO CLAIM. 4 weeks is NOT okay to wait. Maybe hire new staff that can actually do the job correctly. Thanks.
