Waiter seemed abrupt at times. Said tip was included and final charge sent to my back added $25 without my authorization. Steaks no where near the quality of a Ruth’s Chris etc. but came with similar price tag.
Just overall disappointing. Food was mediocre at best. Server seemed like he was overworked.
Had Lobster tail with lump crab meat however, the crab meat was not, lump crab and was so salty you could not eat it. Charging $68.00 for this you should have what is advertised. lump crab not left over, maybe even can , crab. Could not eat the crab.tasted bad Very disappointing.
Horrific - no other words can properly explain this place. Went for Valentines Day - service was abominable, both steaks completely over cooked - side dishes were incredibly salty. No way we’re ever going back. Had to have a REAL valentines dinner the next night.
Service was slow. Steak had to be returned twice and then taken off the bill because they could not cook it properly. Went for a pizza on the way home. Worst Valentine’s Day ever
Service was terrible! Food was over seasoned and tasteless. Gary made sure he visited our table only when paying the check! Once finished our appetizers, our dirty plates stayed on the table for 20 minutes before Dominic, the manager noticed and removed. It wasn’t that busy! Will never return!
Needs improvement in all areas Needs a Resturaunt mentality Saturday night felt like 3am in a bad hotel restaurant Won’t be back
Every course was terrible
